Welcome to Athens Bike Works located at 4 W Stimson Ave. Athens Ohio, a historic Athens Brick workers house, re-imagined as a bicycle shop by Peter Kotses in 2009, of Athens Bicycle fame. Three partners joined forces to create this community minded shop - Chief mechanic Tim Kirkendall, business shop manager, Bob O'Neill and mechanic-engineer-artist, Joey Boyle.

We are an authorized dealer of Jamis Bikes! Truly an incredible women owned company since 1979, featuring Mountain, Gravel, City and Cruisers. Including the Hudson E1, one of the lightest e-bikes at an affordable price!

E-Bike and traditional rentals available! We offer hourly, half day or daily rental bikes for the path and city.
